All Christmas Trees purchased through Rudolph's Run Christmas Tree Delivery Business are provided subject to the purchaser's agreement to the following disclaimer:
The purchaser shall be responsible for all risk of damages and/or loss from, during and after delivery. Rudolph's Run shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Rudolph's Run shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses relating to the delivery, installation, use, storage, removal, transportation or destruction of the items, including Christmas Tree and/or Tree Stand purchased. Rudolph's Run shall not be responsible if any of the Christmas Tree plant material supplied and delivered is found to contain insects, spiders, bugs or for any damage or injury that may result. The purchaser agrees on point of transaction to accept acknowledgement of the rights to Rudolph's Run to choose, select and present a Christmas Tree of their choice to the exact height selected.
The purchaser agrees on point of transaction to select the Sydney CBD or Ultimo Sydney surcharge if the delivery address would be located within these areas. Please check out list of postcodes in our "Price List" to see if this applies to you. If this is not selected in the initial transaction, the purchaser has the opportunity to organise the payment of the surcharge over the phone with Rudolph's Run. If the purchaser does not want to pay this surcharge, Rudolph's Run will refund the total amount paid minus $30 AUD to cover the cost of the Refund to be processed.
