RETURN POLICY

Please choose carefully. We do not refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods have been faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website, or don't perform as advertised.

 For all refund requests on faulty items, please contact Rudolphs Run directly via our Enquiry Form or by telephone on 0410 211 122.

Any refunds will be processed through to the same payment method made on the initial point of purchase.

Please select ALL appropriate surcharge fees during the checkout. In the case you do not select the correct surcharge upon checkout, we will contact you directly for payment before scheduling in your delivery. If you choose not to go ahead with the Christmas Tree delivery based on refusal to pay the surcharge, you will be refunded your original payment less $30 AUD to cover the transaction fee of the reversal of payment.

ALL PRICING is in Australian Dollars. Our payment methods include Paypal, Direct Debit and Credit Card Payments.
